Our Vision is that all people with disabilities have the right to informed choice in any decisions affecting their lives. We aim to develop in our clients a lasting enthusiasm for personal achievement and the confidence and ability to live and work to their fullest potential.
Our staff assist with facilitation and support of all clients to participate and develop their skills for ordinary daily living.
Transition from School
This journey is one in which they make many more decisions and have to adjust to a diverse and dissimilar life outside of the school gate.
Specifically aimed at our client base of 16-25 year olds. It incorporates all of our community participation principles, together with some youth-focused esteem and skill-based programmes.
People are taught the safe and sensible way to use social media, Facebook, tweets, email and the many other forms of information technology used by everyone to communicate.
Our New Initiatives programme is all about pushing the envelope and looking outside the square for partnerships, collaborations and joint ventures.
