Community Coordinator


We are seeking an enthusiastic new team member to join the staff at our centre, 60 Woburn Road, for up to 20 hours per week over three or four days.

The role requires a person who has preferably worked in the disability sector before, and has had training and/or experience working with disabled people. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, a team player, have computer skills and along with a passion for working in this sector and have a sense of humour.

The position carries a small caseload and you will be working with a small passionate team to help clients achieve the goals and aspirations that have been identified in their individual personal plans.
